What is the shipping method and rates?

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays, in the order in which they are received.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority, please allow 3-5 business days depend on the location.

USPS Priority shipping rates are based on the package dimensions, weight, and destination. Minimum shipping rate is $10.00.

Express shipping rates will be calculated on as needed basis, please contact us.

Is there an opening or minimum to place an order?

We don't have a minimum order, and setting up an account is free and easy..
 

Do you charge sale taxes?

We collect sales taxes for California customers, if you are exempt from sales taxes please provide your California seller’s permit information.
 

Who is a professional skin care?

A professional holding a license as an Esthetician, Cosmetologist, MD, Registered Nurse, NP.
 

Is an Aesthetician allow to perform microneedling treatment?

Many states may allow an aesthetician as a person to perform this procedure under proper medical supervision; however, the regulatory board does not cover this under an aesthetician license. Please check your state board regulations.

RETURNS

To be eligible for credit or exchange:

  • Send an email to sales@emakbeauty.com include items name, quantity, the reason for the return, and a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product

  • Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

SHIPPING

We are unable to cover return shipping costs. You are welcome to choose whichever courier you prefer –remember to pack properly to ensure your return arrives undamaged. We advised you to keep the tracking number of your returns and track your package.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we'll let you know. We'll inspect the product for any damage or signs of use. After inspection, we'll share the status of your credit/exchange with you immediately.  

Emak Beauty, LLC will not accept returns without proof of purchase.

Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Do you have a reseller policy?

Yes, we do have a reseller policy on GENOSYS products.
